FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes applying to the first substrate of an adhesive with a layer weight of less than 2 g/m2. The second substrate is a film of thermoplastic synthetic material. The surface of the second substrate is transferred to the softened state by heating up to a temperature in the range of +/-40°C from the softening point of the second substrate. Immediately after heating, the substrates are glued together by applying pressure.
EFFECT: fast and reliable gluing when using a small amount of adhesive.
