FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: blade tang of the turbomachine is made of composite and comprises a fibrous rigidity element densified by a matrix. In this case, a central fibre strip and two outer fibre strips are made of three sets of layers of threads joined together by three-dimensional weaving. The fibre strips extending in the same direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the blade tang under production, and the threads of plurality of layers of threads are not connected between different fibre strips. Then two outer strips are passed through the central strip with crossing of two outer strips inside the central strips. Removal is performed by cutting parts of two outer strips which are external to centre strip to form fibrous blank of the blade tang. A fibrous preform is formed to create a fibre preform comprising a main portion forming a preform of the blade tang as a single piece with two second portions forming preforms of supports. The fibre preform is sealed by the matrix to create a composite blade tang composite comprising a fibre stiffness element formed by the preform and the densified matrix.
EFFECT: elimination of additional inserts and stresses arising around them, increase of blade tang strength.
