FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, the mould is set horizontally. Hollow spherical elements are filled into the mould cavity. The mould is closed. The mould drainage hole is sealed. Non-polymerised polyurethane is supplied under pressure, and air is evacuated. After partial filling of the mould cavity with non-polymerised polyurethane, the mould is subjected to vibrations. After vibration is stopped, the drainage hole is opened, the mould is moved to vertical position and rotated about its axis. After polyurethane polymerisation, the mould is stopped and returned to the horizontal position, non-polymerised polyurethane is supplied under pressure to the non-filled part of the mould cavity adjacent to the rim for filling the cavity.
EFFECT: higher physical and mechanical properties of produced articles.
