FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive tires, in particular, to solid polyurethane buses of industrial transport operating under conditions of friction and high loads, and can be used mainly for driving wheels of friction-type traction devices, for example, in mine suspended monorail roads. Massive tire for drive wheels comprises solid cast ring base made of high-strength polyurethane elastomer, in the body of which there arranged is a load compensator, which is quasi-uniformly distributed throughout the volume, and made in the form of an annular figure formed by at least one crumpled metal wire. Compensator of loads in base body is arranged coaxially at ratio of base volume to volume of wire equal to 1:(0.01–0.05), and with location of wire fragments at same level with inner surface of circular base.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing of tire wear resistance at maintaining high traction ability of wheel with increase of service life.
