The tape is cut by a stationary knife when it is pulled by the user pulling its end. The drive pulling roller, periodically moving the tape forward, stops when the tension sensor detects a strip for cutting.
EFFECT: ability to detect two deviations, which are controlled by stopping the paper movement.
