FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of starch. Variants of devices for producing starch are proposed. Device for producing potato starch according to the first variant comprises a sequentially arranged devices for grinding potatoes into a potato mash, collector-accumulator of potato mash, filter, device for ultrasonic processing of potato mush, hydrocyclones system, refining arched sieve and devices of thickening, dehydration and drying of starch. Device for ultrasonic processing of potato mash is a container on the lower part of which uniformly located magnetostrictive radiators are fixed on the outside. In the starch production apparatus of the second embodiment of the invention, the potato collecting container is located after the filter and is a container, on the lower part of which, on the outside, uniform magnetostrictive radiators are fixed.

EFFECT: use of a group of inventions allows to increase the yield of starch, improve its quality and reduce energy consumption in the production of starch.
