SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image adjustment and display apparatus. Distance between a display screen and a user in front of the display screen is monitored. Size of an adjusted image on the display screen is determined according to the distance or the size of the adjusted image on the display screen is determined according to a parameter predetermined by the user, when it is monitored that the distance between the user and the display screen is less than a predetermined threshold value. Adjusted image height is calculated in accordance with S = n⋅H, wherein S is the distance between the user and the display screen, H is the adjusted image height, and the range of n is [3.5, 5]. Adjusted image width is determined in accordance with the predetermined image aspect ratio and the adjusted image height. Image is displayed on the display screen according to the adjusted size.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced user eye fatigue.
