SUBSTANCE: mobile terminal includes: a touch panel including a plurality of virtual buttons, and a servo sensory detection area in which the servo sensory detection area is located on one side of the touch panel; and a touch processing microchip that connects to the touch panel and is configured to process the virtual button activator from at least two virtual buttons located remote from the servo sensory detection area if activators of at least two virtual buttons and an servo sensory detection area were obtained simultaneously. The processing is performed based on a comparison of the distance from the servo sensory detection area to one of at least two virtual buttons, and the processing priority depends on the distance mentioned.
