SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for accessing operator network. Method comprises detecting, by a local virtual SIM card, accessible operator network, which currently covers the intelligent device; unloading detected information of the accessible operator network to a server end, on the basis of information, the server end can distribute local virtual cards corresponding to operator network; receiving a local virtual SIM card which is sent from the server end and corresponds to the operator network, when the server end determines that there is a right to distribute local virtual cards corresponding to the operator network; and access to the operator network is provides based on the local virtual SIM-card.

EFFECT: technical result is that the resources of the virtual SIM card can be dynamically requested from the server end without the need to integrate a physical SIM card into the device.
