SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for spraying of liquids, solutions. Acoustic burner for spraying liquids, comprising a housing with jets for supplying a spraying liquid and a spraying agent, inside of which an acoustic generator is arranged in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, made in the form of a sound generator formed by a Helmholtz resonator made in the form of at least one spherical cavity located in the wall of a ring with a conical surface, which is connected to the housing via gage blocks, the spherical cavity of the sound generator is connected by a calibrated hole with an annular gap formed by the end planes of the housing, and a ring with a lateral conical surface formed on a hollow rod which is axially symmetric to the housing and serves to form the generated flame of the sprayed liquid, flowing through the channel of hollow rod to worm atomizer rigidly fixed to the end of the hollow rod and serving to form a liquid film overlapping the output from the sound generator, formed by a Helmholtz resonator, and a ring with a lateral conical surface formed on the hollow rod is arranged to be fixedly moved along the axis of the housing by means of a threaded connection, connecting the body to the ring via gage blocks, the Helmholtz resonator is made to control the generated frequency of the acoustic vibrations by adjusting the width of the annular gap, formed by the end planes of the housing and the ring, by installing between the body and the ring with a conical surface of gage blocks, the thickness of which corresponds to a specified frequency of acoustic vibrations, in the lower part of the housing of the worm atomizer, an additional disc atomizer consisting of a thread bush with a central hole connected to the plane of the rod by means of a calibrated hole is fixed, a top disc rigidly connected to a thread bush with a central hole and a lower solid disk connected to the upper disc by means of at least three fasts to form restrict split between the discs.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of spraying of liquids.
