FIELD: devices for spraying or atomizing liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquids, solutions spraying. Acoustic nozzle for spraying solutions contains a housing with nozzles for supplying a spray liquid and a spraying agent, inside which the acoustic oscillations generator is arranged in the form of nozzle and resonator, made in the form of formed by the Helmholtz resonator sound generator, made in form of at least one spherical cavity located in wall of ring with a conical surface which, through gage blocks, is connected to the body. Spherical cavity of the sound generator is connected by a calibrated hole with an annular gap formed by the end planes of the housing and a ring with a lateral conical surface made on a hollow rod, that is located inside the shell axially to it and serves to form the resulting flare of the atomized liquid entering through the channel of the hollow rod to the screw atomizer, rigidly fixed at the hollow rod end and serving for the liquid film formation, overlapping the formed by the Helmholtz resonator sound generator output. Ring with a lateral conical surface formed on the hollow rod is arranged to be fixedly movable along the axis of the body by means of a threaded connection that connects the body to the ring via calibrated gaskets. Helmholtz resonator is configured to control the generated frequency of acoustic vibrations by adjusting the width of the annular gap defined by the end planes of the housing and rings by means of a calibrated gasket between the body and the ring with a conical surface. Thickness of the gaskets corresponds to the specified frequency of acoustic oscillations. In the screw atomizer body lower part, an additional disc atomizer is attached, consisting of a threaded bushing with a central hole connected to the rod cavity by means of calibrated hole, rigidly connected to threaded bushing with central hole upper disc, and the lower solid disk connected to the upper disc by means of at least three fastening elements with formation of the throttling gap between the discs. External diffuser is coaxially attached to the lower part of the atomizer body, to the ring. Internal perforated diffuser is attached to the conical surface of the screw atomizer so that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the screw atomizer. Additional flow divider coaxially attached to the external diffuser is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, at the end part of which a perforated plate is fixed on the side opposite the diffuser.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the spraying efficiency of liquid.
