FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in the acoustic nozzle for spraying liquids, an additional disc atomizer is attached to the bottom of the screw atomizer housing. The additional disc atomizer consists of a threaded sleeve with a central hole connected to the rod cavity by means of a calibrated hole, an upper disk rigidly connected to the threaded sleeve with a central hole, and a lower solid disk connected to the upper disk by at least three fasteners with the formation of a throttling gap between the discs. An external diffuser is coaxially attached to the lower part of the nozzle housing to the ring. An internal perforated diffuser is attached to the conical surface of the screw atomizer. The output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the screw atomizer.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of liquid spraying.
