SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquids, solutions spraying. In the solutions spraying acoustic nozzle containing housing with the sprayed liquid and spraying agent supply branch pipes, inside of which acoustic oscillation generator is arranged in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, made in the form of a sound generator formed by a Helmholtz resonator made in the form of at least one spherical cavity located in the wall of a ring with a conical surface, which is connected to the housing via calibrated gaskets, at that, by the calibrated hole the sound generator spherical cavity is connected to the annular gap formed by the housing end faces and the formed on the hollow rod ring with the side conical surface, which is located inside the housing axially symmetric thereto, and serves to form the resulting spraying liquid torch, flowing through the hollow rod channel to the screw atomizer, rigidly fixed at the hollow rod end and serving for the liquid film formation, overlapping the formed by the Helmholtz resonator sound generator output, and the ring with a lateral conical surface formed on the hollow rod is arranged to be fixedly movable along the axis of the body by means of a threaded connection that connects the body to the ring via calibrated gaskets, wherein the Helmholtz resonator is configured to control the acoustic vibrations generated frequency by adjusting the width of the annular gap, formed by the end faces of the housing and the ring, by the calibrated gaskets installation between the housing and the ring with conical surface, which thickness corresponds to the acoustic vibrations specified frequency, in the screw atomizer housing lower part, an additional disc atomizer is attached, consisting of a threaded bushing with a central hole connected to the rod cavity by means of calibrated hole, rigidly connected to threaded bushing with central hole upper disc, and the lower solid disk connected to the upper disc by means of at least three fastening elements with formation of the throttling gap between the discs.

EFFECT: increase in the liquid spraying efficiency.
