FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: method for conducting flight development tests of autonomous docking module for cleaning orbits from large space debris is based on selection of target from available ones in orbits for their delivery to disposal orbits, placing by a rocket carrier, an accelerating unit and autonomous docking module in the area of orbit for cleaning from space debris objects (targets), manoeuvring of far and near guidance for docking and capturing the target, placing to the disposal orbit. The flight development tests are carried out together associated launch of the launch rocket carrier for putting useful load Cul to the given orbit. Selection of useful load Cul of and its orbit, target and its orbit are carried out based on possibility for realization of long-range and short-range guiding manoeuvres on target of combination (accelerating unit + autonomous docking module) by means of accelerating unit of Cul, docking, manoeuvring using the combination (accelerating unit + autonomous docking module+ target) to the specified drop zone on the Earth surface using the accelerating unit. Time for realization of all events should not exceed the time of accelerating unit active functioning.

EFFECT: provision of flight development tests together with associated launch of the rocket carrier and expansion of target selection area.
