FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: integral implant contains an intraosteal part, a part penetrating the gum, a part for prosthesis fixation. The intraosteal part of the implant inserted into the alveolar bone is made as one piece with the lower part of the integral implant. The part, penetrating and entering the gum for alveolar bone covering, is made as one piece with the upper plot of the intraosteal part. The part for prosthesis fixation is made as one piece with the upper part of the part penetrating the gum to fix a permanent prosthesis moulded in a dental laboratory or manufactured using CAD/CAM systems. At least one central opening for prosthesis fixation extends from the upper end surface of the portion for prosthesis fixation toward the intraosteal portion of the implant so that the permanent prosthesis is attached to the inner surface of the opening. In order to expand the area of permanent prosthesis attachment to the integral implant, the outer peripheral surface of the prosthesis fixation part has various concave-convex shapes, including the shape of thread, the shape with concentric circles, the stepped shape and the wavy shape, with four or less central holes for prosthesis fixation. The central opening for prosthesis fixation has an input diameter equal to or greater than the final diameter and a depth in the range of 1.5-15 mm, and the linear distance between the entrance of the central openings for prosthesis fixation and the part for prosthesis fixation is 0.2-3 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows to avoid damage to adjacent soft tissues during preparation and to improve the aesthetic effect of the prosthesis.
