SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to surgical, orthopedic dentistry. Set contains dental intraosteal implant, and extraosteal parts: screw-stopper, gum shaper and abutment. Dental intraosteal implant is made in form of cylinder with fine thread in cervical part and large thread in apical part with internal cone in connection implant-abutment. Intraosteal part of implant with diametre 3.0 or 3.5 or 4.0 or 5.0 mm and length 10.0 or 12.0 or 14.0 or 16.0 mm in its marginal part for 1.5-2.0 mm has polished neck. From neck there is semi-circular microtextured thread profile with screw groove with fine step 0.15-0.25 mm for 4.0-5.0 mm and on the remaining length with large step 0.5-0.7 mm. Rounded apical part of implant has radius 1.5-2.5 mm, in it made are through hole with diametre 1.65-2.0 mm and bilateral anti-rotation lock in form of two spherical hollows in hole plane. External diametre of intraosteal part is the same along all length, in intraosteal part of implant surface of connection with abutment is made in form of internal cone with tortal angle 60 degrees, passing in accordance with implant diametre into internal thread M2 or M2.5 mm or M3, depth of thread being 6.0-6.5 mm. Extraosteal parts of implant are made with dimensions associated with implant.

EFFECT: simplification of implant and its suprastructures construction, surgical and orthopedic stages of treatment, and elimination of probability of implant breakage.
