FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and is intended for use in implant prosthetics. A dental implant with a threaded portion made of titanium and spirally along the perimeter of the outer surface of the main portion of the fastener. Threaded part has structure, in which threaded sections having quadrangular cross-section when viewed on section of structure in axial direction of main section of fastener, are located with step interval 500–1,500 mcm. Each threaded section has a plate shape, and the thickness t of each thread section is 50–200 mcm, and the angle α of thread section of each thread section makes 0.1–5°.
EFFECT: invention allows maximum reduction of stresses in alveolar bone by means of threaded section.
