FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic cylinder contains working and reinforcing pneumocylinders and a hydrocamera with incompressible fluid, divided by a cuff into zones of high and low pressures. The power stroke of pneumatic cylinder is made by inserting the rod of reinforcing pneumocylinder into the sealed high-pressure zone. A sealing is introduced into the device, dividing the high-pressure zone into two parts, between which the flow of incompressible fluid occurs during a power stroke. The channel of such flow is organized through the axial hole of the rod of reinforcing pneumocylinder, in which a non-return valve and a throttle valve are installed, which allows to regulate the speed of power stroke. Due to the small diameter of reinforcing pneumocylinder rod, a throttle design is made on the elements of non-return valve.
EFFECT: no impact loads and increased durability.
