SUBSTANCE: antifriction aluminium-based alloy contains, wt %: silicon <1.2; copper 0.7-1.1; magnesium 3.5-5.5; zinc: 4.0-5.5; tin 3.5-4.5; manganese <1.0; titanium 0.05-0.25; silicon <1.2; iron <1.2; the rest is aluminium. In a second version, antifriction aluminium-based alloy contains, wt %: silicon <1.2; copper 0.7-1.1; magnesium 3.5-5.5; zinc: 4.0-5.5; tin 3.5-4.5; manganese <1.0; zirconium 0.05-0.25; silicon <1.2; iron <1.2; the rest is aluminium. In this case, not more than 0.2% is contained separately in both versions of other impurities, and the sum of all impurities should not exceed 1.2%.

EFFECT: reduced metal capacity, improved reliability and stability of parts operation.
