SUBSTANCE: walk training device comprises a walking device configured to be attached to the user's leg so as to assist the user in walking; the first tension-providing portion configured to pull one of the walking device and the user's leg in the direction of the vertically upper side and towards the front side; the second tension-providing portion configured to pull one of the walking device and the user's leg in the direction of the vertically upper side and towards the rear side; and a control portion configured to control the tension force of the first tension-providing portion and the tension force of the second tension-providing portion so that the resultant force of the vertical upward tension force component of the first tension-providing portion and the vertical upward tension force component of the second tension-providing portion maintains the walking device weight.
EFFECT: reduced load on the user when walking.
