SUBSTANCE: overall quality of the workforce is analyzed, quantified and presented using a computational unit of the analysis system that performs enterprise data analysis. The analysis system provides key information about the performance of labour by using a number of hardware devices to inform various users. The analysis system associates a customizable work execution profile with a set of performance indicators. Each performance indicator represents a performance measurement system that defines the aspect of the work responsibilities performed by the work unit associated with them. Quantitative assessments are combined into a common quantitative assessment of the performance profile. To calculate the quantitative assessments, data on a variety of work areas are considered by collecting and analyzing data from different systems.
EFFECT: creation of tools to collect information on labour resources and assess the quality of their work.
