SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, namely to systems and methods of collecting, processing and transmitting information. Result is achieved by performing steps of: receiving data of one signal from a data source on board the mobile object or a data source remote from the mobile object, or on-board system on board of mobile object or on-board subsystem on board of mobile object; decoding data; compressed using the on-board mobile object data encoder; and sent using at least one of the communication channels, or data to the on-board operator display on-board the mobile object or the on-board system human-machine interface or onboard subsystem of mobile object, or compressed data structure to remote platform, provided that remote user has requested one of: data, decoded data and compressed data structure.
EFFECT: increased reliability of data storage due to their duplication on a remote platform.
