FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to identification of action brought to lifting-and-shifting machine. In control over vehicle overloads are detected at collision of the vehicle. Vehicle speed is controlled on the basis of data received from speed transducer. Changes in vehicle momentum are calculated proceeding from vehicle controlled speed.It is defined if changes in vehicle momentum occur or overloads are detected at collision for a definite time interval. Signal of action is generated to indicate that vehicle momentum and detected overloads at vehicle collision occur during preset definite time interval.
EFFECT: detection of significant effects to be logged or to get them across machine operator for the latter to be controlled by wireless techniques.
