FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: connection of the axlebox to the side frame of the freight car trolley contains, in each of the two consoles, a combination of axle bearings combined with a rectangular prism of the adapter, having guide ribs on the vertical ribs and a replaceable overlay placed therebetween. The consoles are complemented by power frames, each of them with full coverage from all sides, an elongated axle cutout is made for the adapter, having an upper working and a lower technological part. The latter is chosen not less than the maximum dimensions of the end of the adapter, and the other part corresponds to its cross-section, taking into account the thickness of the replaceable overlay. Each of the overlays is made of an antifriction material, for example, a metal fluoroplastic, and is represented by three plates joined by a U-shaped one.
EFFECT: reducing the metal capacity of the side frame of the trolley.
