SUBSTANCE: underground nuclear hydro-accumulating thermal power station is in the form of surface and underground energy-processing complexes including main and auxiliary tunnel shafts, a near shaft yard with chambers for accommodating the block-module equipment of at least one nuclear power plant in the form of an atomic reactor and a turbo-machine energy converter underground mine plants and production-technological units-consumers of electric and heat energy. At that, the station is equipped with passive and active systems for emergency cooling of the nuclear reactor.

EFFECT: exclude harmful emissions into the atmosphere and the surrounding consumers on the day surface due to the clean energy produced by nuclear power plants, reduction of energy losses and energy intensity underground mining technology and equipment, simplification of underground equipment for execution of these works.
