SUBSTANCE: steering control device comprises a turn controller (19), a return steering operation detector. The turn controller (19) is made with the ability to set as a target rotation angle of the turning wheel a summation value obtained by summing the value of the established steering control, which is the control value depending on the rotation angle while steering, and a differential steering value, which is the control value depending on the angular velocity of steering. The controller (19) also comprises a differential steering value calculation module. The differential steering value calculation module comprises a reference value calculation module, a gain multiplication module. When the return steering operation detector detects the return steering operation by means of the steering wheel driven by the driver, the gain multiplication module is made with the ability to set a gain less than the gain generated, when the return steering operation detector detects the steering increase operation. A vehicle steering control device and vehicle steering control methods are also proposed.
