FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes producing a core (3) in the form of a reinforcement element inner cavity, producing side elements from sheet material and shaping of given shape by stamping with moulding the corresponding cavities therebetween, producing an insert (7) from alloy with higher hardness than the material of side elements, arranging elements from the sheet material around the core (3), inserting the insert (7) into the corresponding cavity (6) and fastening together the assembled elements, which are then joined by hot isostatic pressing. After that the core (3) is removed, and the finished reinforcement element which outer profile subjected to finishing mechanical treatment to expose the insert material (7) is separated.
EFFECT: increased quality of the metal element to protect the blade edges.
