FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: two metal plates (1) are formed, they are arranged at both sides of a core (2), the plates are assembled with each other around the core by a tight method and in vacuum, the plates are provided with the shape of the core (2) by means of hot isostatic compression, the plates (1) are cut to separate the reinforcement along at least one cut line, and the core is released. Wherein on the core (2) projecting protective zones (13) are available, and the metal plates (1) are coordinated with the protective zones upon hot isostatic compression, and their cutting is performed along the protective zones (13) without the damage of the rest part of the core (2).
EFFECT: easy removal of the core, and increased service life.
