FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: metal reinforcement part of the turbomachine for mounting on the front edge or rear edge of turbomachine composite blade, such as a fan blade of a turbojet or an aircraft turboprop engine comprises amplifying means positioned on the core of a metal reinforcing element in the cavities of the connecting surfaces of two metal reinforcing sheets. The reinforcing means comprise a bundle of reinforcing fibres placed in a shell of elongated shape for holding and protecting the fibres. When manufacturing the metal reinforcement part, first and second metal reinforcing sheets are formed, each of which contains a first part corresponding to the first massive part of the metal strengthening part, and a second part, a corresponding to a jaw of the metal reinforcing element, said first part comprising a connection surface. The cavity is formed in each connecting surface of the first and second sheets of the metal strengthening element. The reinforcing means are made in the form of a bundle of reinforcing fibres and placed in the shell of elongated shape for holding and protecting the fibres. The first and second sheets are joined by diffusion welding.
EFFECT: increased strength of the turbomachine metal reinforcing part without substantial increase of its weight.
