SUBSTANCE: air conditioning device (10) contains a primary circuit (12) for refrigerant circulation and containing, in particular, an evaporator (24), the first secondary circuit (14), for first fluid circulation. The first fluid passes through the evaporator (24), exchanging heat with the refrigerant therein. The first secondary circuit (14) comprises at least the first heat exchanger (30) in which the said first fluid exchanges heat with air. The device contains at least the first compartment (42), containing the primary circuit (12), an air treatment zone (44) outside the compartment (42) intended for communication with the internal air and containing the first heat exchanger (30), and at least one sealed wall (46), separating the compartment (42) from the air treatment zone (44).

EFFECT: prediction of refrigerant leaks to the interior.
