FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering, particularly to combustion chambers of ramjet air-breathing engines. Combustor chamber of the ramjet air-breathing engine made of composite materials, it consists of an external power and internal wall that forms a gas channel, shells for structural forms of chambers close to the bodies of rotation, or a set of external and internal walls that form the outer appearance of the chamber and internal gas channel, other, for example, prismatic constructive forms of chambers. Space between the outer and inner shells or the outer and inner walls is filled with a porous thermal insulation, fixed with high-temperature glue on one of the shells or corresponding to them walls or without it. Outer shell or a set of corresponding walls is made of a carbon-carbon composite material with an antioxidant and sealing coating on the inside, and the inner shell is made of an erosion-resistant material with adjustable gas permeability, for example, with perforation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the heat and erosion resistance of the combustion chamber and unloading its inner shell from the gas pressure.
