FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions belongs to the field of testing equipment and can be used in the oil, chemical and other industries to test the tightness of tanks, pipelines, etc. Leak test device comprises a vacuum pump connected to the vacuum frame, while the vacuum pump consists of two pump stages driven by an electric motor and located in the housing, inside which the electronic control unit of the vacuum pump is also placed, including a radio channel module that interacts with the remote control, a radio channel power supply and a solenoid valve connected to the two stages of the vacuum pump. At that one output of the radio channel module is connected to the means for switching on the electric motor, and the other output of the radio channel module is connected to the solenoid valve. Vacuum framework for tightness control contains a transparent screen, an elastomer seal fitted around the perimeter of the transparent screen, forming a cavity together with each other, and valves, each of which comprises a body fixed to a transparent screen, with a cavity communicating with the cavity, in which a spring-loaded rod having a handle at the end is mounted. In this case, in the body of one valve, an opening is made for evacuating the air from the cavity and an opening for connecting the vacuum gauge, and in the body of the other valve an opening is made for the air to enter the cavity.
EFFECT: simplification of leakage control by one specialist at lower energy costs.
