FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: non-polluting braking device comprises a rotor, a block with a friction material, and a self-contained suction device for retraction of particles formed in the result of abrasion. The suction device comprises an air intake arranged in the vicinity of the cheek and the rotor, a collecting chamber for collection of particles, and an impeller. The impeller is driven by rotor by means of a roller pressed against the rotor to provide suction of particles into the air intake and their movement into the collecting chamber so that the particles are captured as close as possible to the area of their formation.
EFFECT: prevention of environmental pollution.
