FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: lighting device (100) is disclosed comprising a substrate (10) having a main body (12) and the first and second protrusions (14, 16) extending parallel to the mentioned main body. The first protrusion comprises the first main surface (142) and an opposite second main surface (144). The second protrusion comprises the third main surface (162) and an opposite fourth main surface (164). The first main surface and the third main surface are on the same side of the substrate. The mentioned substrate carries at least one solid-state lighting element (20) on at least one of the first main surface and the fourth main surface; and a heat dissipating element (30) having the first portion (32) in thermal communication with the second main surface and having the second portion (33) in thermal communication with the third main surface. A lamp comprising such a lighting device is also disclosed.
