FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for management of aerobic microorganisms' biomass production is proposed. The method includes setting the steam generator output at the ejector inlet, steam ejector refrigeration machine ejection rate, the measured values of inlet and outlet water temperatures of the cold receiver, coolant temperature in the cold receiver and the inlet water flow to the cold receiver are used to determine the value of the heat transfer coefficient from the coolant to water and control the temperature of cold water by influencing the heat transfer coefficient. If the temperature of cold water supplied to the inoculant cooling jacket and the finished culture collectors cooling system is higher than 10°C, the heat transfer coefficient is increased, and if the cold water temperature deviates below 7°C, the heat transfer coefficient is reduced, and the temperature of the warm water supplied from the condenser to the fermenter jacket is set and the concentration of the finished culture is stabilized according to the optical density of the finished culture.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and reliability of management of anaerobic microorganisms biomass production, reduced specific energy inputs and increased yield of the finished product.
