SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and feedstuff industry and may be used during treatment of oil crops seeds with a view of preparing them for food- and feed-related purposes as well as for storage. The method envisages usage of two drying chambers (a preliminary one and a final one), two mixers and two cooling chambers (a preliminary one and a final one) with a steam-jet refrigeration machine usage. The oscillation drying mode is implemented through alternation of drying and cooling processes: one performs preliminary drying of seeds in the preliminary air drying chamber, seeds mixing with Endox antioxidant in the mixer, cooling in the preliminary air cooling chamber, final drying in the final air drying chamber, seeds mixing with Endox antioxidant in the mixer, cooling in the final cooling chamber at parameters identical to those of preliminary cooling.

EFFECT: method enables energy costs reduction.
