During fermentation, a nanostructured additive comprising vitamin D in sodium alginate, or a nanostructured additive comprising vitamin D in carrageenan, or a nanostructured additive comprising vitamin D in konjac gum, or a nanostructured additive comprising vitamin D in gellan gum, or a nanostructured additive comprising vitamin D in sodium-carboxymethyl cellulose is added to the obtained product.
EFFECT: invention provides preventive characteristics of the product, stabilisation of the structure of the finished product, wider range of fermented milk products.
