SUBSTANCE: user equipment (UE) device (or a network system) provides a procedure to ensure the transition from a long-term development network (LTE) to a domain circuit-switching network, i.e. the transition to the circuit-switching network (CSFB). An access security management object key is generated (K_ASME). The extended service request message is transmitted (or received) to start the CSFB process from the first network of the first network device to the second network of the second network device in response to the outgoing mobile call or incoming mobile call. A plurality of circuit-switching key (CS) parameters are formed from K_ASME, and the CSFB procedure is generated based on a plurality of CS key parameters.

EFFECT: ensuring the authentication procedure permission during CSFB procedures and shortening the call set-up time.
