FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. In the service handover method between networks, after the user equipment (UE) in the LTE network initiates request message for requesting transition to the CSFB channels switching, MME instructs the eNB to move the UE from the LTE network to the 2G or 3G network and requests the MSC to perform the UE service handover from the LTE network to the 2G or 3G network CS network for CSFB, so, that the 2G or 3G network assigns the CS network resource to the UE, where the CS domain resource is used for the UE, to perform the service handover from the LTE network to the 2G or 3G network CS domain so, that the UE can perform the service handover to the 2G or 3G network PS domain by the service handover from the LTE network to the 2G or 3G network CS domain.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the access delay reduction when the user equipment (UE) accesses the 2G or 3G network CS domain, and also reduction in the entire voice call duration.
