SUBSTANCE: mobility management entity (MME) receives the optimised circuit switched network (CSFB) indicator from the user equipment (UE). The MME takes the type of the requested service associated with the UE. MME initiates the transfer of services from a single radio voice call continuity (SR-VCC) regime for UE in the circuit-switched network based on optimised characteristics of CSFB for UE. The MME transmits the request message of the application protocol S1 (S1-AP) to the expanded node B (eNB). The S1AP message may include an indicator of the optimised CSFB characteristic and an indicator of single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC) for the UE. The MME receives a handover request message from the UE.

EFFECT: providing return to network with commutation of channels for user equipment.
