SUBSTANCE: method of data transmission at spectrum aggregation in which a plurality of cells for a user equipment (UE) are configured, wherein a plurality of cells includes at least one time division duplex (TDD) cell and at least one cell of a frequency division duplex (FDD), is that when uplink aggregation is performed in a plurality of cells of a different type, uplink subframes are configured in each FDD mode cell for the user equipment and set an agreement that the user equipment performs the transmission of the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) only in the configured uplink subframes while the network transmits the uplink authorization to the subscriber equipment for the transmission of the PUSCH in the noted uplink subframes, between the network and the user equipment, that the user equipment does not expect the transmission of uplink authorization for the user equipment in one or more downlink subframes, while the uplink authorization transmission for the user equipment may be performed in another subframe that is not one of these downlink subframes.
EFFECT: ensuring the full and effective use of FDD and TDD mode resources for data transmission in case of simultaneous aggregation in FDD and TDD modes.
