FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: for non-invasive determination of human blood glucose concentration by the electrical characteristics of skin and tissue, the actual blood glucose concentration is determined from the calibration glucosymmetogram (GSG), identical to the experimental equivalent by optimizing its limiting parameters: glucose and structure conductivity, by normalized values of the boundaries of the adaptive range of known patients: glucose and diffusion conductance with a multiple ratio, current-voltage characteristics (CVC) with optimum parameters: diffusion voltage and diffusion current which are calibrated by the measured currents provided by two voltages and binary, which are used to determine patients' diffusion conductivity as the ratio of the diffusion parameters of their current-voltage characteristics.

EFFECT: method increases the reliability, objectivity and accuracy of determination of human blood glucose concentration by eliminating the methodological error.
