SUBSTANCE: electric transfer functions are measured by means of two pairs of four-electrode gauges fixed on the surface of the human body, and the first pair is fixed along the main blood vessels, mainly limbs, and the second pair of electrodes is fixed in the same place orthogonally to the first one, continuously not only electric transfer functions of skin surfaces, but also of hypodermic tissues are measured then the measurements of four-electrode gauges are processed by the preliminary calibrated mathematical model, and the model is calibrated by comparison of results of the offered method of definition of glucose in human blood and any other known method of definition of glucose in human blood then the concentration of glucose in human blood is calculated by the relation received by the author.

EFFECT: possibility to define concentration of glucose in human blood without involvement of additional information, at the improved definition accuracy of glucose concentration in blood.
