FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: pressure pulsations are compensated by conversion of a liquid flow energy, at the same time, according to the invention, conversion of the liquid flow energy in case of a hydraulic shock is carried out partially into an electric energy, using a property of piezoelectric cells to produce an electric charge during their deformation, the remaining part of the energy is compensated due to deformation of serially connected elastic or viscoelastic elements. The device comprises a split pipeline 1 with an input 2 and an output 3 flanges to connect to a protected pipeline network, a transverse-corrugated element 4 of a bellows type installed between end surfaces of the split pipeline ends and tightly fixed to ends of the pipeline, at the same time, according to the invention, the pipeline ends are placed with a radial gap into a cylindrical chamber 6 with flanges 7, in a radial gap between the pipeline 1 and the cylindrical chamber 6 there are one or several piezoelectric cells 8 installed serially in the form of solid or composite rings, which are tightly placed at the pipeline ends, besides, the cylindrical chamber 6 is tightly closed at each of two sides with the help of one or several serially installed elastic or viscoelastic sealing elements 9, and electric wires 10 are connected to piezoelectric cells 8 to discharge the converted energy outside and are taken out via a sealed hole 12 in the cylindrical chamber 6, arranged as rated for excessive pressure.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce losses of energy by conversion of the flow energy into electric energy, to increase efficiency and reliability of the method and the device.
