FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method for the preparation of aluminum oily vaccine against campylobacteriosis is proposed. Proposed method includes steps of isolating and accumulating causative agent of Campylobacter fetus subspecies fetus Campylobacter fetus on a nutrient medium, washing out accumulated colonies of the pathogen with 0.9 % NaCl solution, inactivating the accumulated biomass with teotropin in a ratio of 0.3 % of teotropine to 100 % of the biomass with subsequent combination of inactivated biomass with adjuvant aluminum hydroxide and introduction into the oil adjuvant. Vaccine obtained by proposed method has following component ratio (mass%): 0.14% suspension of Campylobacter serogroup cells fetus subspecies fetus in culture medium with a concentration of 2×1010 CFU */cm3; 26.81 % of 0.9 % NaCl solution; 0.08 % of teotropine; 2.97 % of a 2 % suspension of AL(OH)3; rest is oil adjuvant.

EFFECT: proposed method is effective and safe and can be used in biotechnology to produce a vaccine against campylobacteriosis.
