FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology. Proposed is a method for obtaining of three-dimensional structures used for the detection, isolation or counting of microorganisms. Method involves dissolving or suspending of one or more nutrients to stimulate the growth of microorganisms in the first solvent in amounts of from 1 to 50 g/l and one or several specific chromogenic or fluorogenic enzymatic activity markers for one or more microorganisms dissolved in the first solvent, to detect specific enzymatic activities of microorganisms. Performing the nutritional composition and one or more specific chromogenic or fluorogenic enzymatic activity markers absorption in one or more three-dimensional structures of clays or natural ceramic materials with a specific surface equal to 2×103-6×108 m2/m3, formed by a set of nano-, micro- and macro-cavities. Removing the solvents.
EFFECT: invention provides the detection, isolation or counting of microorganisms that may be in a low concentration in the sample, in particular lower than 1 CFU/unit of the sample.
