SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology. Proposed is a method for obtaining of three-dimensional structures used for the detection, isolation or counting of microorganisms. Method involves dissolving or suspending of one or more nutrients to stimulate the growth of microorganisms in the first solvent in amounts of from 1 to 50 g/l and one or several specific chromogenic or fluorogenic enzymatic activity markers for one or more microorganisms dissolved in the first solvent, to detect specific enzymatic activities of microorganisms.
