FIELD: medicinal biochemistry, medicine, oncology, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the identified 11-membered peptides able to form cyclic structure and to inhibit phosphorylating activity of casein kinase II as result of direct binding with its phosphorylating domain. Novel peptides elicit cytotoxicity with respect to HPV-containing and some HPV-negative tumor cells. Therefore, it is suggested their using being in form of fused polypeptides preferably that show the enhanced ability for penetration into cell, and for their using in preparing pharmaceutical compositions and treatment of HPV-associated and other epithelial tumors. Invention can be used in therapy of some species of malignant tumors.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of peptide.
