SUBSTANCE: claimed nutritional mixture includes mixture of tryptophan-enriched protein fractions, free tryptophan, hemicellulose, mixture of organic and inorganic salts, and mixture of compounds, providing color, florescence, and solid structure in specific component ratio. Said method provides appearance of five different colors to microorganism colonies, as well as appearance of three colored fluorescent emissions and three different cap colors, and zones with clouded precipitates surrounding the microorganism colonies.
EFFECT: method for differentiation of target microorganisms with high sensitivity and specificity.
