FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular, to a method for producing nanocapsules, and describes a method for producing nanocapsules of dry barberry extract in a sodium alginate shell. Method is characterized by the fact that a dry barberry extract is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in hexane in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 1,000 rev/min, then 8 ml of butyl chloride are added, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered off and dried at room temperature, while the mass ratio core: shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method ensures the nanocapsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nanocapsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
