FIELD: water purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in agriculture, in industrial and civil enterprises. Method includes purification of waste water from mechanical impurities, uniform discharge of the treated wastewater for anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic-anoxidic biological purification by activated sludge, circulation of the sludge mixture through membrane modules with simultaneous draining the filtrate through the pores of the membranes, periodic washing of the inner surface and pores of the membranes from activated sludge particles and contaminants, additional post-cleaning, collection, disinfection and transportation of the biologically treated wastewater to the point of its discharge with a constant withdrawal of activated sludge from the bioreactor followed by its dehydration in the dewatering unit. When the sludge mixture is circulating, the activated sludge concentration is formed from 2 to 20 g/l. Draining the treated wastewater from the activated sludge is performed through the pores of the horizontal membrane modules in the turbulent mode of the flow circulation of the activated sludge or the vertical membrane modules in the laminar mode of the airlift circulation of the activated sludge during the periodic washing of the inner surface and pores of the membranes. Activated sludge from the aerobic zone of the bioreactor is withdrawn and fed to the dewatering unit for its hydration.
EFFECT: method ensures an increase in the productivity of the bioreactor and the production of treated wastewater with a quality corresponding to the norms of discharging into fisheries or secondary use agricultural reservoirs.
